Lovely anniversary meal out.

We have come for a week’s holiday on St Mary’s and booked a table for our first night. The food was very good, the staff were polite and friendly. The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. Very enjoyable evening.

Good evening dinner.

Lovely setting, good food, good service. We ate peppers pedron, calamari, monkfish, burger. We had to wait a while, nearly an hour for the main course. And then the chicken pie was not hot, but we would not have wanted to wait longer. Overall we enjoyed the evening.

Wonderful experience, excellent food

We had the most wonderful time at the Atlantic. A huge shout out to the staff for their great service and advice about the menu choices. The food was faultless. The specials menus were varied (we ate there more than once), with fresh fish / seafood options as the stand out choices for me. Whist there, we invented a new dessert – the ‘Decaffagato’ an affogato that doesn’t wake you up at am! Thank you everyone for wonderful memories of eating at the Altantic.

Wonderful hotel, full of atmosphere, great bar, great dining room and wonderful friendly staff. Great place for a drink with amazing bar food nibbles or celebratory dining with great views of the harbour, delicious food with generous portions too.

So pleased with this Inn that we have eaten and drunk here for the 4 nights we’ve been on St Mary’s and found the staff to be extremely friendly, helpful and cheerful as well as efficient. The food has been varied and good value. Choice of real ales as well as ciders and wines. The inn overlooks the beach so watching the boats bobbing in the water has been an added bonus. We would recommend the Atlantic Inn wholeheartedly.

Hospitality at its best

We stayed here for a long weekend during the gig championships and considering this is a ridiculously busy weekend the whole experience at The Atlantic was incredible. From the most welcoming check in, lovely cosy room with jaw dropping sea views, lovely breakfasts and delicious evening menus, it was just wonderful and the team go above and beyond. We felt very well looked after and though it was busy the service was friendly, efficient and very personal. My favourite place on Scilly!
